the only docs i can see for cmdhPolicy.cmdhPolicyName are in TS-0001 Table D.12.0-1
A name under which the CMDH policy will be referred. This attribute is a specialization of [objectAttribute] attribute
it's mandatory, but what purpose does this serve that resourceName does not already? is this attribute referenced from any other attribute? can two sibling cmdhPolicy resources have the same value for cmdhPolicyName ?
