Unable to download the dlib shape predictor landmarks file

When I try downloading the dlib shape predictor landmarks file, I get redirected to this page and I am unable to download it? Is this the file with 81 or 68 facial, if yes i could download it through other means...

Im getting the same issue. Were you able to solve it? I guess its a network issue cause I tried from all three servers with the same outcome

no earlier it used to work but now i retried the links are no more working now.....
