ROI import

Idk why you'd want to look at regions of interest, but wouldn't have just saved them with the actual Maestro program. In any case, Maestro can export them as `.Roi` files (format unknown), and so why not support importing them. Actually, this requires some thought, should the rois imported be added to the current list, or replace them? Who's to say.
