More data = more betterer

Could output like the mean/avg/std dev. of a roi in places where that info is held, and should probably change the window title to be the dataset's description. Should show some timing data as well as overall energy fit info (if I ever get that far #7 ) in a special pane. There are some fields in the plaintext I don't currently understand.
