Refer to the rate limiting response headers provided by X/twitter, if the endpoint doesn't have any, i believe that means there is no rate limiting.

Ones I know for sure have rate limiting would be: followers, following & Thanks a lot, this repo is missing a lot of the functions from the original that I forked, I may add them in the future.
