-bash: drive: command not found

After attempting installation (both via git and pip),
entering any drive command returns:

-bash: drive: command not found

[matoos32]

I was also getting this after a pip install on linux. It wasn't on my path and after adding it the app was found.
export PATH=~/.local/bin:$PATH
