Rearrange the order of values in margin properties such as sizingmargins #182

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The order of values of SIZINGMARGINS and CONTENTMARGINS should be changed to reflect the official Microsoft arrangement.
Describe the solution you'd like
Rearrange the values of these two properties from Left-Top-Right-Bottom to Left-Right-Top-Bottom, as is the case in Windows XP themes and other editors for visual styles
Describe alternatives you've considered
This issue doesn't make anything unusable, but it would be nice to have it consistent with how it is in Windows XP theme INIs or anything else related
