Can build underground pipes over resource rocks #67
Description
The mod page states that resource rocks have collision and implies that you cannot build on them. This is generally true (ignoring the ones like bitumen seeps that allow building over them) except for underground pipes (normal and niobium), which can be built over the resource rocks even though nothing else can be. This is the case for all the resource rocks I've tried it on, which is a variety of them (sorry no list). This behavior seems to be unintended.
