Lot's of coverage cheating with FastSconEncoder #19
Description
There are a lot of /* istanbul ignore next: TODO: WRITE TEST FOR THIS CASE */ comments in the FastSconEncoder. While all the cases marked as such seem sound, it would still be better to write appropriate tests for those.
