Question Regarding Calculation JSD, TVD, and HD Metrics

Hello, I'm curious how the JSD, TVD, and HD metrics were calculated. I'm confused on exactly which distributions were used (Bernoulli, Binomial, etc). Did you use the nprint features or directly use the images? 

Is there code available for calculating the metrics from a finetuned model?
