Explaining CMake flags in README?

I would highly appreciate it if the flags used in this project were explained properly in the README file, namely the `-DBUILD_TESTING`, `-DASAN`, `-DCODE_COVERAGE` and `-DUVWASI_DEBUG_LOG`.
