CJS → ESM: wrapper - run API migrations #344
Description
This needs a full list of potential APIs to migrate. Perhaps best for each one to have at least a stub migration that detects the presence of the CJS API (each migration will need that regardless) and logs them and reports that back to the orchestrator.
