Some files are missing in this project

Hello

I have setup this project but it seems that some files is missing here

Like it give me 404 error for templates.js file (app/scripts/templates.js) when i check the repository then this file not exist.
app/styles/main.css not found
Its also give me liver load error
http://localhost:3000/livereload.js?snipver=1 net::ERR_ABORTED

Also it show me index.html file on browser but nothing is working there.
Please find the attached screenshot for the index page

Can you please provide me these files?
