Last color band not auto-scaling #1
Description
Issue
When any data is in the highest color band (maroon, AQI range 300-10k), the whole color band, up to 10k, is displayed on the AQI plot. This dwarfs existing data. This section of code was supposed to take care of this, but apparently doesn't work on the maroon band.
Expected behavior
The y-axis of the AQI vs time plot auto-scales to display values 0 through the ceiling to a hundreds value of the max AQI value in the selected time range. For example, if we are displaying all data for March and the largest AQI value in march is 281, then the y-axis should go from 0 to 300.
