Covers data?

I'm interested in the TFL for data. Data is as important a commodity as code in areas like machine learning. Do you think the current TFL covers data?

You make a good point? Looks like the license just uses the word "software" and it could be a little more broadly written (e.g.: software and documentation, but there's other relevant data that should be included.)
