"Waitgroups" is not reusable and how about renaming it to Latch? #71
Description
Latch is the same name C++ uses. Thus it's easier to search for. Also the proc enter has little meaning since a latch cannot be reused. So why offer the function, instead it could be an argument of the createWaitgroup constructor.
