Task: Produce a moderately complete dump of metrics

Inputs

• Core project ID(s) (U24....)
• [Optional] Google Analytics key
• [Optional] Filename base

Included

1. Excel file, with separate sheets

• Reporter core projects
• Publications (icite, at least) by core project
• GitHub statistics (may need multiple sheets)
• Google Analytics
• Metadata (date, summary metrics)

2. CSV files to match excel sheets

Hi @seandavi , no real blockers. I'm just refining a more "graceful" detection of Google Analytics authentication status, since we need to support two paths:

1. users who authenticate via the browser
2. users who bring their own token (ex, service accounts for CFDE)

The goal is to avoid triggering unnecessary OAuth flows when a valid token is already present and ensure an easy to manage experience across both use cases.
