SyncQueueProcessor is broken #3
Description
It sort of works sometimes, but UIDMeta updates are completely broken. I suspect this is something of an issue with the TSDB API itself since TSMeta updates work ok.
At any rate, we need to fix UIDMeta processing and rationalize the api callbacks.
