Information window not visible if "Auto-wrap to window size" is set

I was trying to figure out why I couldn't see the information window, despite having my wrap setting to be at 120 characters.  It turns out that when "Auto-wrap to window size" is enabled, the information window uses the edge of the screen as the wrap offset, and only displays to the right of that (ie: it's never visible).

I unchecked that setting and now it's working properly.
