Enhancements, willing to contribute

Really appreciate this project as it's made jumping into ZMK so much more approachable. I'd like to get confirmation on a few enhancements I'd like to contribute before opening a PR.

Quick Assignment

I've found the need to 'unset' keys to none or transparent a few times now. I'd like to add an option to allow for quick assignment of those values as well as symbols. My thought around the UX is to use the current quick assignment UI and add a new dropdown field.

Keyboard Navigation

Some simple things like tab navigation to allow selection and return to confirm submission would go a long way. Right now, I mostly have to use the mouse to select and confirm settings given the lack of tab indexes.

Quick assign is really geared towards behaviors that take a single keycode binding (mostly &kp).

If you need to clear a number of bindings I can understand wanting a less repetitive workflow. I've been thinking about having different selection modes or maybe a context menu with various actions that don't require any other configuration.
