Support VS 2022

Visual Studio 2022 is shipping! We'll need to do some work to support this:

I haven't looked at VS2022 yet since we've been so busy on neonKUBE but let's put this on the todo list (along with the other issues) in the next month or so.

Any progress here? Would be nice to work with VS 2022 and RaspberryDebugger. It such a great extension on VS 2019.

Any update on this, would be great to get the extension shipping for VS2022. If there anything needs to be looked at then I can take a look and raise a PR.
