Compatibility of workflow output with colabfold/alphafold

I was wondering whether the output of this workflow could be used as input for colabfold/af2/af3?

Thanks for your interest in our pipeline.

Yes, the main pipeline output are MSAs, which could be used for colabfold/af2. You may need to convert them into am3 format upstream of your pipeline, if that is the format required by your tools.

I know in proteinfold they were thinking of allowing this (see nf-core/proteinfold#174).
