[Feature Request] Show search result for issues I have created on github

Hello there, I liked this app so much that I just wanted to request a feature that I think is very nice.
When I search for something on nextcloud unified search, I can see that results from GitHub issues will also be included. I precisely wanted to see topics I have created instead of the whole issue on GitHub.

Yes, this would be awesome to search only in my repos and my Issues and PR. As I am quite unable to find my PR's or Issues in the bunch of search results.
