Micosoft Teams doen´t work with Netpatch enabled

Hi, Netpatch it´s great, I bought it.
But I can´t use Microsoft Teams with the VPN enabled, I check if any rule matches but no, I trying all options in the app, but I can´t make to work.
I think isn´t compatible with the local traffic for the connection before exit to internet maybe, and I don´t have an option to, or split tunnel, or make a rule exception by app to bypass VPN.
