Miss ordering in command instructions

"Cannot find genesis file: ~/.localnet/genesis_files/system_vars.toml
Generate new? [y|n]: y"

Shows after running "./bin/setup.sh 1" for the first time not after running "./bin/run.sh"

Instructions show the message as showing up in the "Running" section not in the "ndau Tools" section where it appears to belong
