Hello, firstly thank you for sharing Java for small teams, it's a really practical and great reference and I recommend it to my team!

I just checked and it seems that the gitbook url:

https://www.gitbook.com/book/ncrcoe/java-for-small-teams

no longer works

it's used in a few places including the main link on the github homepage and on the website homepage:

http://javabook.ncredinburgh.com/

Seems like this link does work:

https://ncrcoe.gitbooks.io/java-for-small-teams/content/
