Introduction section - "A note on Java Versions" 

This section needs to be updated since the Java code samples and recommendations will be bumped up to at least Java 12.

Since we do not know currently know how much time it will take to finish the new revision of the book, and we might end up with Java 13 recommendations in there, we decided to leave the editing of this session for later, waay later.
