RIFE NCNN VS choppy

On 1.41.0 RC4, It does the whole interpolate process just fine and is faster than RIFE NCNN Non-VS, but the output file doesn't seem smooth like RIFE NCNN Non-VS is.

I've attached 2 files for a comparison between using RIFE NCNN Non-VS and VS.

RIFE NCNN Non-VS:

RIFE NCNN VS:

test105-8x-RIFE4.26-239.76fps.mp4

Both are interpolated by 8x for a 240fps video. No other changes besides that

Compare the two videos right about at the 2 second mark. The Non-VS has no stuttering but the VS one does.
