libssl might be affected by heartbleed bug

The libssl.so shipped with android-python27 might be affected by the OpenSSL 
heartbleed bug.

Yes I updated the lib here: https://github.com/devpack/openssl-android

I did not include it yet in this project.

Can you upload the new library in the Google code project, so that everyone 
downloads the fixed version from the repository?
