Add Babel and Webpack config

Hey,

Is it possible to add Babel to transpile ES6 ?

Is it possible to add a folder with webpack configs just to organize scripts by environment (dev, build, test) ?

Hi,
yes, i'm using this project with babel, but i didn't update it to include it, yet :)
so in your application, in package.json add and install new modules:
"babel-core": "^6.3.17",
"babel-loader": "^6.2.0",
"babel-preset-es2015": "^6.3.13",
and in your webpack.config.js replace loader for .js extension:
loader: 'ng-annotate'
replace with:
loader: 'ng-annotate!babel?presets[]=es2015'

now you should be ready to go with es6 with babel

i'l try to update this generator with above code when i'll have chanse, or i'm willing to accept pull request :)
