Provide test helper like `setup_subscriber` for mocking

Is it possible provide a test helper so i can easily hook into active_publisher and verify its being published properly?

So the testing I've written around publishing has been pretty basic. My usual setup is that in my spec_helper.rb file I add a test suite setup step that does allow(::ActivePubilsher).to receive(:publish).and_return(true) so I don't accidentally publish things during my tests.

Then in specific tests I'll add expect(::ActivePubilsher).to receive(:publish).with(...) for individual tests.

Is there a separate set of functionality that you would find useful?
