Webkit: When wrapping an image in <panzoom>, the browser drag image functionality takes precedence

I.e. drag doesn't work; instead a ghosted minature of the image will follow the cursor.

Workaround: attach style="-webkit-user-drag: none" on the image.

To do: Check if we can be helpful and attach this class if an image is transcluded
