[Request] Workflow definition file of GitHub Actions or Dockerfile for understanding mutable

I think if build and simple usage can be seen with GitHub Actions, it is very helpful for under standing mutable.
So, It would be nice if work flow definition file of GitHub Actions is included in this code base.
If the definition exists, people interested in mutable forks this repo and run the workflow for understanding mutable :)
