Fix Navbar to Stay on Top While Scrolling

Currently, the navigation bar scrolls out of view when the user scrolls down the page. This affects usability, as users need to scroll back up to access the navigation links.

Please assign me this issue with appropriate level and Gssoc 2025 label.
