Subject: [PATCH] Update stat-card.md

Suggesting change of title from "Stat Card" to "Stats Card" as the sidebar denotes the "Stat Card" component as "Stats Card".
Would also work if the Sidebar link text was changed from "Stats Card" to "Stat Card".
