After use, the cursor should not appear at the end of all text

Describe the bug
After using the addition, the cursor jumps to the end of the text instead of remaining in the selected text fragment for formatting.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select any text fragment in the input field with the mouse or keyboard, after which there is unselected text.
2. Use an addition by applying any formatting to the selected text.
3. Scroll to the end of the text box to make sure that the cursor is at the end of the text.

Expected behavior
After applying tags, the cursor should be located immediately after the last character of the last inserted tag.
