Support Python Shiny UI

It would be really useful to be able to develop Python Shiny application UI. Perhaps we wrapper function to call Shiny UI in python-sdk and also example template (https://github.com/movestore/Template_R_Shinydashboard_App) and documention (https://docs.moveapps.org/#/copilot-shiny-sdk)

HI Arky, Python Shiny (we were planning to call it Python GUI) is not yet possible, but very high on the list for future developments.
