Warning for user who didn't choose mention sound. #16
Description
If a user hasn't chosen a mention sound, then every time they load the script the /conf menu pops up. The mention sound field should be colored red or something if it's empty. Otherwise many users might be frustrated that the panel keeps opening up without realizing that a mention sound is required.
