monome-snd ALSA driver seems to cause some xruns #4

Not 100% sure, but sometimes on startup we would get "forever sparkles", which meant JACK wouldn't start correct. This was solved/worked around by passing -s to jackd (see monome/norns-image#46).

From the jackd man page:

       -s, --softmode
Ignore xruns reported by the ALSA driver. This makes JACK less likely to disconnect
unresponsive ports when running without --realtime.

This seems to indicate the ALSA driver (i.e. the monome-snd driver) caused some xruns, at least during startup. We should investigate why this is the case and if this is problematic or not.
