Automatically configure wireguard tunnels on the agent and controlplane to allow private isonets across firewalls
Motivation
- Controlplane can grant agents IPs based on node configuration, or something
- Agents can p2p communicate with eachother
- Ignores firewalls when provisioning non-local agents
