Is that an issue caused by the chip changes in the Raspberry Pi 5 that also broke pigpio?

If that's the case, do you plan a Raspberry Pi 5 compatible update?

I've managed to create a fork of this project of my own that works with the Raspberry Pi 5. I have just submitted a PR from that.
