bcm lib not available anymore on OS bullseye

Hello,

I regonized that with bullseye the library bcm_1.7x does not work anymore and connot be installed.
Therefore I would suggest to update the library to the actual most popular pigpio lib.
Also the wiringPi lib is not avaliable anymore for the bullseye and is replaced by the pigpio lib.
