Add composite build example

I tried to modify the ftcrobotcontroller to add ftc dashboard, but I had issues configuring the composite build with gradle due to a lack of experience. I tried cloning as a submodule and making my modifications from that. Is this the recommended procedure?

I figured out my issue, I needed to substitute :library. The code I used in settings.gradle was:

includeBuild('./libs/robotcontroller') {
    dependencySubstitution {
        substitute module('com.github.modular-ftc:robotcontroller-repackaged') with project(':library')
    }
}
include ':TeamCode'

I would still recommend not using submodules, as they are notoriously tricky to deal with, especially when using a fork of an existing repository. You can instead use includeBuild('../robotcontroller-repackaged') ... to pull from your "StudioProjects" folder, etc.
