Only polyphony? #2

Hi.
I would like to use your script to use my elektron Digitakt as a poly synth. I have built an Arduino MIDI controller that sends out old school midi via a DIN output.
How would I go about "intercepting" the notes that my Arduino script sends and have them distributed to 4 different midi channels with your script?
If you could upload a version of the sketch that only contains the code for the polyphony stuff I would be very grateful.
