Display the person Details in Recycler View in the People Fragment.

Retrieve the People database and display it in a Recycler view in the people fragment. If no data is present in the database then display that add people for get the list.

hey, @RohitLakra299 I have created a pull request in which I have implemented the person database. (if my pr is merged) for you to retrieve the person database you need to add "@query "in personDAO and then call this function from the people fragment.
