Create an example using a Protomaps basemap

@kateler asked me yesterday if there was any reason I didn't use the Protomaps basemaps for this tutorial?

TLDR YES, because I hate basemaps, but also Kate is right, another avenue is to download a PMTiles file from https://protomaps.com and build your map from that.

But here are the things I would like to see in such an example:

1. Get creative / take the styles further
2. Integrate your own data
3. CHALLENGING: Remove the PMTiles data you aren't using! (hint: I think the best way to do this would be to use Tippecanoe to "decode" back to GeoJSON, select only the data you want and then recreate the GeoJSON)
