Add Query Type to QueryBuilder (TorchQuery)

Would be nice to quickly have the query type (str). For analysis filtering etc.
I can do it on the fly but a bit inefficient.

There is no fixed way of writing/grouping the types (and there are many beyond the few which are often used). In principle, the type is defined by the sample specified to the loader.

But loader.py goes through directory cant we make an optional command line flag that you only select those query types (that match the directory structure)
