Connection timeout in Python-minus / cURL 

When performing an image upload (both with python-minus and with the exact cURL example provided for download on the API page), it seems that the server doesn't respond. Python-minus gives no response and cURL returns a timeout error.

I have been using curl version 7.21.7 (i386-pc-win32) [ libcurl / 7.21.7 ] and python-minus from https://github.com/joshourisman/python-minus.
