Handle grade distributions #4
Description
For some grades, instructors will show the distribution of grades on an item as a HTML histogram. Parsing this could allow us to integrate class performance information in a much more useful way into the JSON output. Resultant histograms are fairly detailed and may be useful for statistical analysis. Warning: Negative grades can sometimes be entered into the program.
