Capturing network packets - always running

Hello,

I started a network packet capture for pursuing a problem. I already tested it before. It was working fine. This time it also worked, I downloaded the file but capturing didn't stop (at least on the GUI part). The start button is spinning and "stop and download" button does not download but switch to Extensions page.

It does not help if I use Restart the MikoPBX. I also tried Turn off MikoPBX.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I need to do a new packet capture but this problem is preventing it.

Any help is appreciated.
